I never got around to posting last week’s wrap up since I was busy exploring Thailand. This wrap up includes 2 weeks, January 28th through February 3rd, and February 4th through 10th. I am beyond excited that I was able to get in 4 workouts the week I was in Thailand. Sleep deprivation and jet lag cannot hold me back!!
